Q Events will be home to Top Model Australia for their Australian finalist runway show on July 10th 2022. Top Model Australia gives individuals of any gender or ethnicity from ages 7 to 25 the opportunity to launch into their dream career as a model. They discover talented new models from every state in Australia and select National Finalists. Those National Finalists will then compete for the 2022 Top Model Australia title and will move on to compete in the International Final event held in London next month and walk in London Fashion Week.

The two-day event at Q Events will see a plethora of contestants, events, workshops and so much more! Commencing with a Media and Rehearsal Day on Friday, two days before the finale. Bully Zero this year’s partner will conduct a workshop on Friday, for all contestants to partake in, to help them to become ambassadors within their schools and community groups. Bully Zero aims to prevent and reduce bullying through evidence-based education, advocacy and support for all communities across Australia.

The competition will commence on Sunday 10th July, where all contestants will walk the runway for Top Model Junior and Top Model Australia. The National Finalists for Top Model Australia will be judged on two sections of the catwalk, one that features a cocktail dress and the other a high fashion outfit. During the runway event, the contestants need to show that they can work as a model in the International market, this means showing that they are adaptable, photogenic and can display various expressions whilst walking. All contestants are also judged on their composite cards that they hand in (which is a collection of your best and most recent photos alongside your measurements and modelling information).

The lead-up to the Top Model Event has shone the spotlight on a select few contestants by their local area newspapers, giving us an insight into who will be competing on the day. Here’s an introduction to a few contestants:
